Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Due to the customised or limited nature of some products, returns on personalised or made-to-order items are not accepted unless faulty. Please carefully review this policy before finalising your purchase.
Sale Items
All sale items, discounted items, and clearance/old stock are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty under your statutory rights.

Print, Production & Design Variations
Please note that some products are produced using different stock blanks or production methods depending on availability from talent and/or suppliers.
As a result:

Print placement, colour tones, fabric base, or garment brand may vary slightly from the website mockups

These variations are normal and do not constitute a fault

Such differences are not grounds for a return or refund
We always aim to match the product listing as closely as possible, but minor production variations may occur due to availability.
Faulty Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the specified criteria, you are entitled to a refund or exchange under UK consumer protection law. This is in addition to your statutory rights and is unaffected by our returns policy.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Please report any issues with faulty goods within 14 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Costs for Faulty Returns
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.
